Classes at Paris Municipal Gymnasiums

The Eva Ruchpaul Institute has been offering introductory yoga classes in 18 gyms spread across 14 districts of Paris since 1983.
This technique, which procures well-being and relaxation, arms practitioners to deal with the demands of a hectic daily routine.
For a number of years now, we have striven to make these classes accessible to all. The teachers are competent professionals and they seek to adapt the lessons to the students present.
A try-out class is given free of charge, and enrolments are taken 10 minutes before the start of a class.
The annual fee, which is readily accessible to all comers, may be paid in several installments.
Classes begin in the third week of September and finish the last week of June. There are no classes during the Paris school vacation periods.
